This role will act as an influential partner in helping managers with talent management processes, people development, performance management and manager coaching. As an HRBP for our Technology organisation, you will be responsible for all HR aspects and will be partnering with all Technology managers closely. The role will be reporting to the Band 3 – Tech HR Director in Technology and working closely with our HR team across other functions to achieve business initiatives.

The Role:

  • Process ownership for Employee Relations management, including disciplinary & performance improvement for issues with support from the central Employee Relations team
  • Consult managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation, across multiple locations
  • Conduct investigations and manage ER cases, in coordination with the Employee Relations and with the Legal departments.
  • Work with people managers end to end on performance management cases
  • Analyse data and trends on ER and performance management, in order to provide input to the business strategy to HRBP, preventing the recurrence of known issues
  • Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills.
  • Coach people managers to develop career and competency frameworks
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to other development initiatives.
  • Organisation And Change Management
  • Manage employees' programs and support managers to drive improvements in employees' engagement.
  • Partner with all HR partners to drive any change initiatives.
  • Act as Point of Contact for people tools, processes, programs or projects.

Location: This role is based in Nuneaton (Hybrid) - 2 x per week in the office and the rest from home.

The Person:

  • Bachelors Human Resources or related field or CIPD Level 5 Qualification
  • Knowledge of UK&I employment law and practical experience in Employee Relations Management
  • Substantial relevant Human Resources experience
  • Experienced in partnering with Technology teams
  • Expertise in navigating and managing complex stakeholder interactions
  • Project management and execution skills.
