Salary: £16.12 to £18.26 per hour DOE + 30% enhancement for Weekends & Bank Holidays

Hours: Full time - 37.5hrs per week

Location: Hitchin, SG4 8BY

About the role:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Carry out clinical care in line with our policies and procedures.
• Ensure the care team follows the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
• Manage patient care during shifts when appropriate.

About you:

• Registered nurse with post-registration experience.
• Awareness of current legislation within the independent care sector.
• Demonstrable continuing professional development.
• Experience in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
