The Role - PRU Teaching Assistant

As a PRU Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students aged 14-16 in developing vital life skills, with the aim of aiding their development into further education. The role requires managing challenging behaviour, so prior experience in behaviour management is essential. While experience in a PRU or similar setting is preferable, a background in tutoring is also valued, to help support students approaching their final year of GCSE's.
