Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls with a professional and friendly approach.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including room bookings.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Confidence in handling and processing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
