Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our clients' needs* An active male Brain Injury Support worker to assist our young client. Client is a wheelchair user so manual handling will be involved. He is non-verbal. He accesses the community with his own WAV so you will need to be a driver with valid UK driver's licence. Cerebral Palsy/Brain Injury experience is a MUST.

Hours:
Mon to Fri 15:00 - 22:00
Sat and Sun 09:00 - 22:00

Responsibilities:
• Accessing the community with our client
• Driving our client's own vehicle
• Supporting with personal care tasks
• Assisting with hydration and nutritional tasks



Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
