Position: Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment - Retrofit - North London
Location: Wembley
Site Manager required to work on a Retrofit / SHDF Framework for SNG (Sovereign Network Group) in North London.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations reporting to a Project Manager.
Project:
The project is a £6 million framework across North London with the first batch of works being in Wembley. Retrofit works include EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations.

Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East.
Individual:
The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages.
Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
