Engineering Supervisor

£45,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

We are currently recruiting for a Engineering Supervisor to work across a prestigious commercial building in Birmingham Central, for one of the UK's leading FM companies.

This is a full-time permanent role where you will receive a salary of £45,000

The Engineering Supervisor role will entail:

* Working Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, across a prestigious commercial building, based in Birmingham Central.

* 70% off the tools - overseeing contractors, issuing permits, RAMS, overseeing a small team of multi-skilled mobile engineers, driving performance, ensuring SLAs are being met, overseeing stat compliance, meeting with the client, being the lead technical support for the team.

* 30% on the tools - supporting with planned and reactive maintenance duties including: Emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, water temperature checks & tap flushing, generator checks, working on commercial lighting, power and sockets. Checking all the AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing repairs and any general building maintenance requesting including fabric and decoration.

What you'll need to succeed in this Engineering Supervisor role:

* Experience in a similar role to the above, ideally within facilities / property maintenance / building services.

* Hold Level 3 Electrical and 18th edition.

* Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus
