Head of Therapy (SEND)

£44,881 - £51,558 per annum

Full Time, Permanent, Term Time Only

Core onsite hours 08:20 - 16:30 Mon - Thurs, 08:20-15:40 on Fridays

Our private client are seeking a Head of Therapy for their School in Surrey.

You'll works alongside the Senior Leadership Team as one of a team of middle leaders within the school, to oversee the therapeutic provision, lead the therapy team, and promote a holistic, three-tiered model of therapy.

You'll also be responsible to ensure that ensure that all therapy provision, assessments, and reports align with the school's vision of becoming a Centre of Excellence for SEND education.

What you'll need:

Relevant degree level qualification
Leadership qualification or relevant experience
HCPC Registration
Specialist knowledge and application of therapy assessments
Knowledge of specific disorders relevant to the client group (e.g., ASD, general learning difficulties, ADHD) applied to forming a differential diagnosis and intervention plan
