We are a Ministry of Justice business who provides critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a People Administrator with any combination of:
- Experience in administrative role within HR or Recruitment teams, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with office IT systems, including experience with databases and HR systems - ideally Oracle for data management, tracking, and maintaining accuracy in employee records.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English, capable of producing high-standard written correspondence and handling information cascades.
- Experience in pre-employment vetting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate records of vetting outcomes.
- Customer service experience with a proactive approach to resolving HR-related queries on first contact, and knowing when to escalate as needed.
- Adaptable and collaborative work style with a focus on managing quality, meeting deadlines independently, and contributing to ongoing HR process improvements.
