Assessment and Move on Worker

My client is recruiting for a Assessment and Move on Worker based within the local Authority in North London and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

To be responsible to the management team for day to day delivery of the service and to work with clients around their immediate support needs
To carry out comprehensive client assessment and draw up the effective action and safety plans with clients 
To provide advice to client on their re connection and accommodation options
To keep abreast of current housing legislation's
Requirements

Knowledge and experience in using IT
A good understanding of relevant legislation's housing act 1996 , mental health act 19983, care act 2014 and experience of safeguarding 
Understanding of and commitment to diversity and equality 
Experience of working with people experience homelessness and whorking with them to achieve good outcomes.
Contract 

Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend 
PAYE via Umbrella 
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm 

As the role is Local Authority based candidates will be asked to complete an onboarding & compliance checks including DBS & Online training modules prior to starting.
