Are you a self-managing, client-facing project manager looking for your next exciting challenge? Flux Consulting are working with a dynamic and friendly consultancy based in Cambridge, and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Our client specialises in providing Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, and Project Management Services across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Education, Leisure, and Fit-Out. Projects can go up to £150million, but typically are around £50million.

They pride themselves on their relaxed and supportive work culture, offering a hybrid working model to promote flexibility while maintaining excellent service to their clients.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing and delivering projects with confidence and autonomy

* Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are exceeded

* Collaborating with teams across various disciplines to achieve outstanding project outcomes

The ideal applicant will:

* Have at least 3 years' experience in project management (ideally within a consultancy)

* Be self-managing with strong organisational and problem-solving skills

* Possess excellent client-facing abilities to build and maintain relationships

* (Ideally) hold Chartered status, though this is not essential

* Have experience managing projects in relevant sectors and a strong understanding of construction and cost management principles

The successful applicant can expect to receive:
