Description

The Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and teams to deliver integrated property maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.

Profile

The successful candidate:

• Level 3 Electrical qualification
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a property maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
