Managing Quantity Surveyor

Manchester / Liverpool

My client, are a Tier One Main Contractor based in the North West who are looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor to the NW team. With 2025 fast approaching and a super busy pipeline of works, I am working with the Commercial Director of this business to fill this vacancy.

As Managing QS, you will be reporting directly into a Commercial Director and will be responsible for overseeing & visiting 3x Live schemes + involvement at pre-construction working across various different bids.

Projects: Range typically from £10m to £60m.

Ideal Candidate:

* Ideally, working in a MQS / Commercial Manager capacity

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivelant

* Working for a notable Tier 1 or 2 Main Contractor

* Able to manage & mentor teams and ensure all reporting is accurate

* Based in the North West
