We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join one of the UK's fastest growing B2B Beauty/aesthetics companies.

***This role is office based 3 days a week***

As a multi-award-winning recognized distributor of quality goods, our client not only supplies medical professionals with integrative and aesthetic treatments, but also provides consumers with responsible and insightful advice on beauty and skincare.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through targeted marketing strategies. Your role will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand awareness through planning, executing, and optimizing B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster loyalty in the aesthetic beauty industry.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize our digital presence, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Oversee the creation of captivating content, including visual assets, articles, videos, and more, to engage and educate our audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
  • A broad understanding of B2B marketing, with a focus on Lead generation
  • Experience working with the sales team to understand and meet objectives
  • Strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
