Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and manage new starter actions.
- Oversee HR support staff to meet business requirements.
- Advise staff and managers on HR policies.
- Coordinate KPI data for the HR Directorate.
- Draft business cases and manage recruitment budgets.
- Act as HR notetaker in formal meetings.
- Maintain HR records for GDPR compliance.
- Provide HR panel support for interviews.
- Offer reactive support for various HR activities.
Qualifications:
- CIPD (level 3 or above) preferred or equivalent HR experience.
Desirable Skills:
- HR experience in the public sector.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Security Clearance:
- BPSS level clearance required.
