You'll be working with both cold and warm leads, and your earnings are uncapped, allowing you to reap the rewards for your hard work.

What You'll Be Doing

* Engaging with both cold and warm leads - reaching out to individuals who have already shown interest or introducing them to the exclusive events we offer.

* Asking insightful questions to understand their goals and challenges in their businesses.

* Pitching an incredible opportunity to attend our exclusive events, where tradespeople can access industry-leading mentors and business strategies.

* Overcoming objections and confidently closing deals over the phone.

* Managing your pipeline effectively by keeping accurate records in our CRM.

* Exceeding sales targets consistently - you'll be rewarded with uncapped commission based on your success.

What We're Looking For

* At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or telesales with a proven ability to close deals.

* Confidence and resilience - you're motivated by results and not afraid to handle objections and push yourself to exceed targets.

* Excellent communication skills - you'll need to pitch, build rapport, and persuade clients to attend our exclusive events, where they'll gain valuable insights and strategies from top industry mentors.

* The ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organised while managing your sales pipeline.

* A genuine passion for helping people grow their businesses and succeed in the trades industry.
