As the Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with a wide range of clients across various sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to manage and mentor junior staff, build lasting client relationships, and work alongside experienced Partners and Managers who are invested in your success. The role would suit someone ACA/ACCA qualified with recent practice experience, looking to step up in responsibility and be recognised for their contributions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments from planning to completion
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching and support
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Ensure compliance with audit and accounting standards
- Work closely with senior management and Partners
Requirements - ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
