Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing a well-established and respected Architectural Practice in Sheffield who are seeking an Architect to join their expanding team of talented individuals.

Our client specialises within both the residential and commercial sectors working on projects ranging from small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions. As a practice they cover bespoke housing, high end residential, high rise and mass housing projects of up to 300 units as well as office spaces. Previous experience in at least one of these sectors is advantageous. This is an exciting time for the new Architect to join as you will have the chance to progress within the Practice and work on a variety of interesting projects. This opportunity will provide the successful Architect to work with Clients face to face and build key relationships with them. This Architectural practice use Revit throughout all their projects therefore practical experience using this software is a must.

Architect Position Overview

Work on projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors
Liaise with other professionals and the chance to build relationships with Clients
Opportunity to work on site
Work on a range of projects from inception to completion
Create detailed designs using Revit / AutoCAD
Liaise with the design team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively
Work collaboratively with other professionals
Engage and build relationships with clients
Help to resolve problems and issues that arise throughout construction
Work closely with Senior members of the team
Help to provide architectural solutions

Architect Position Requirements

Live within a commutable distance to Sheffield
ARB Registered Architect
Practical experience using Revit
Commercial or Residential experience (advantageous)
Strong practical Revit experience
Knowledge of UK building regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
Motivated individual

Architect Position Remuneration

Competitive salary £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE)
