Administrator

Predominantly Remote Based role - 1, maximum 2 days per week with the team as and when required

35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

£12.50 per Hour

My client are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated individual to join their operations team as an Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth management of their platform and processes.

Responsibilities

* Managing the movement of client's products

* Carrying out activation and deactivation

* Monitoring alerts for faults and defects

* Handling the addition of new products onto the platform

* Contribute to the development of processes that improve operational efficiency and quality

* Maintain clear and consistent records of platform updates, group changes and stock changes

* Work closely with other departments to align on company goals

* Support other administrative functions as needed

Skills

* Strong ability to manage and maintain accurate and records

* Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally

* Comfortable with learning new systems and tools

* Open to learning new processes and adjusting to changes in operational procedures or platform functionality

* Strong working knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, and outlook for Reporting and communication
