VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Senior Repairs Surveyor for our client based in Westminster. The main responsibilities of this role include:

* Working with the Area Repairs Manager to implement and develop effective systems to regularly inspect the external and communal parts of property, identifying any requirements for reactive repairs and cyclical maintenance

* Supporting and managing a flexible approach to the deployment of resources across the service

* Highlighting key investment needs and considerations to the Property Planning and Assets Team

* Providing a high standard of technical support

* Managing health and safety implementation

* Ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard
