What we’re looking for?
- Registered General Nurse (RGN): Must hold an active and clear NMC registration.
- Experience with Older Adults: Previous experience in nursing care, particularly for older adults, is highly desirable.
- Strong Clinical Expertise: Ability to manage clinical responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

Your day:
- Delivering Person-Centred Care: Provide high-quality care tailored to the needs of each resident, ensuring their overall well-being.
- Medication & Treatment Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring optimal care standards are met.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Support and guide junior staff members, fostering their development and ensuring the delivery of excellent care.
- Care Plan Development: Contribute to creating and updating individual care plans, ensuring they reflect the changing needs of residents.
- Maintaining Clinical Standards: Uphold the highest standards of clinical care in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
