An exciting role has arisen at Willow London Living Ltd for a Property Inspection Officer!

Willow London Living are a Guaranteed Rent provider with over 250 properties within the M25.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Property Inspections Team. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, have a passion for inspecting properties and understand the importance of occupiers having good living conditions.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being on the road and having a role where everyday is different. This is a customer facing role so exceptional customer service skills are essential and a high level of communication is key to assisting our in-office team.

A valid UK drivers licence and the use of a vehicle is essential. A fuel card will be provided for work related journeys.

The role will include:

- Booking in and carrying out general property inspections across our portfolio.- Carrying out occupancy checks when required.- Carrying out 'check-in' and 'check-out' reports when required.- Adhoc journeys to assist in key cutting or allowing access to contractors/cleaners.- Daily liasien with our team to ensure a high level of communication.

Training will be provided for our Property Inspection Software and to ensure you are aware of the requirements of the business.

Working Hours are Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm, daily arrival at our office will be required.
