The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. Your patience, empathy, and dedication will help create a positive learning experience for students who need additional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities that meet the needs of individual students.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them understand and complete their work.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Help students develop essential skills, including communication, social interaction, and problem-solving.
Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Encourage positive behavior and support students in managing challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all students.
Requirements:

A genuine passion for helping students and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of students.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of students.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
