We're recruiting on behalf of a leading SEND school in Plymouth for a proactive SEND Learning Support Assistant/LSA to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the lives of young learners in a supportive and enriching environment.

Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant/LSA
Location: Plymouth
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, ongoing

* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students, empowering them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

* Work closely with teaching staff to create and implement individualised learning plans that suit each student's needs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will:

* Have experience working with children or young people with SEND, ideally within an educational setting.

* Bring excellent communication skills and a nurturing, patient approach to supporting students.

* Be adaptable and resourceful, with a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of SEND students.

* Have knowledge of safeguarding practices and a solid understanding of SEND best practices.
