Reed Learning is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team in Raynes Park, London.

Overview

Reed Learning is looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to drive and enhance our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will support the Marketing & Product Manager in implementing strategic campaigns, managing content and digital marketing channels, and using analytics to optimise performance. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with hands-on experience in campaign management, content creation, and data analysis, who is ready to contribute to Reed Learning's growth as the premier destination for workplace learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Content development: Create, curate, and manage content across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • SEO & website optimisation: Assist in implementing SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and support ongoing website optimisation to increase organic reach.
  • Social media management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media channels to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
  • Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and external agencies, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Experience and Attributes

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a background in campaign management and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Skills

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM (e.g. HubSpot), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
