Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading housing company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new supervisor to join their team covering all planned repairs projects in North London.

They are looking for an experienced Planned Supervisor to manage a team of operatives covering all planned repairs maintenance across the North London area.

Duties:

Carry out inspections to diagnose findings
Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
Manage the delivery of planned repair works (Identifying repairs, faults and issues, scoping and raising specifications, monitoring progress on and off-site)
Raising orders and approving/rejecting variations on SOR codes
Manage a team of sub-contractors and operatives, overseeing their performance, inspecting their work, and providing accurate technical advice to resolve day-to-day issues.
Ad hoc tasks including internal/external queries, preparing documents and reports, and completing activities for pre-site meetings, checking for Asbestos surveys (or similar surveys), supporting the team to cover annual leave, training, or sickness. Key Knowledge:

Previous Social Housing Supervisor experience required
Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
