Description
The role of Group Parts Manager will involve:
- Overseeing the parts distribution department and ensuring efficient operations.
- Ensuring the coordination and delivery of parts across the UK.
- Implementing and monitoring inventory control measures.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set for the department.
- The training and recruitment of staff.
- Travelling to other depot locations.
- Budgetary responsibility.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with the servicing department to ensure the required parts are available.
- Managing the parts/stores team and promoting a positive work environment.
- Reporting on department performance to senior management.
Profile
A successful Group Parts Manager should have:
