About the Role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

* Performing service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on mechanical building services equipment.

* Conducting plant room maintenance and routine checks.

* Handling general maintenance tasks, such as flushing, filter changes, temperature checks, and generator testing.

* Assisting with plumbing and minor building fabric duties as needed.

* Ensuring the smooth operation of general building maintenance activities.

* Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on a static site in Hinxton.

What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you'll need:

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Plumbing & Heating, or Mechanically relevant equivalent.

* Experience: Proven background in facilities maintenance or building services.

* Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, flexible mindset.

* Requirements: The ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
