Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that drive our success.
• Ensure our payroll processes are accurate and compliant.
• Uphold the highest standards of HR controls and compliance.
• Lead and support change management initiatives.
• Provide valuable insights and support for our shared services operations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive HR operational experience, including policy development and payroll oversight.
• Knowledge of shared services and change management is a strong plus.
• Proven expertise in HR controls and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
