What you will do
As a Service Engineer, you’ll dive into the dynamic world of servicing Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring these systems meet industry standards, all while delivering exceptional customer service backed by leading-edge technical knowledge. We’re looking for proactive engineers who can anticipate and solve problems before they arise. How you will do it
Deliver outstanding Customer Service that surpasses the expectations of both internal and external clients, building lasting relationships along the way.
Service devices responsibly and safely, ensuring no injuries, property damage, or wastage of materials.
Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency.
Accurately complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates, or checklists as required.
What we look for
Essential:-
Experience in the Fire & Security industry
Manual driving license
Ability to lift and climb ladders
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
