Job Title: Band 7 Locum Occupational Therapist (Part-Time)
Location: Abercynon,
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (days negotiable)

We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team. In this role, you will support the assessment and intervention of highly complex patients working in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed assessments to identify the need for specialist manual handling equipment or techniques.

* Work closely with patients in their own homes to ensure accurate and effective intervention.

* Submit all equipment requests through to the CHC Panel for consideration.

Requirements:

* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

* Experience working with complex cases in a community or healthcare setting.

* Strong assessment skills and knowledge of manual handling techniques.
