Controls Commissioning Engineer - The Role:

Conduct both internal and client software testing for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Oversee MCC testing and configuration, commissioning software and equipment as per documentation
Implement software modifications according to client requirements and project scope
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all software documentation such as IO schedules and test documentation are current
Ensure final documentation changes and software handovers are completed efficiently
Maintain commercial awareness regarding the commissioning allowance and project scope, communicating any necessary changes to the project team
Controls Commissioning Engineer - The Person:

Proficiency in Mitsubishi  GX Works 3, GT Designer 3, Allen Bradley / Rockwell Studio 5000, and RSView ME and SE
Solid electrical experience with the ability to read electrical diagrams, ideally backed by an electrical qualification
A full UK Driving Licence
Desirable knowledge in RSNetWorx, RSLogix 500, and knowledge of networks such as ProfiBus and Ethernet
Located in Nottinghamshire, this role would be commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and surrounding areas.
