Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Pre-School Room

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Our client is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their welcoming and nurturing team in the pre-school room. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s early development, fostering their curiosity, and preparing them for the next stage of their learning journey. What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A passion for supporting children’s development in a nurturing and inclusive environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
• A proactive and positive approach to learning and professional growth

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s independence, confidence, and social development through meaningful interactions and play-based learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and record children’s progress, ensuring activities meet their individual needs
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports all children’s well-being
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the highest standards of care and education
