Full-Time, 40 hours per week

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with the team to create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where every child feels supported and valued. Your care and expertise will ensure children have the best possible start in life, building the foundations they need for school and beyond.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.

 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Monitor and support children’s development, maintaining accurate records and tailoring activities to their individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a consistent and high-quality approach to care and learning.
