We are working with a SEMH School based in Wembley and they are looking for a SEMH Class Teacher for a permanent position. This is a progressive school, with a revised set-up to really support their staff, as well as students.

The school are seeking a candidate with primarily SEMH Teaching experience, however, will consider a Teacher with SEND experience.

The salary for this role ranges from: £27,500 to £34,250.

You will be responsible for a KS2 class with 4 students who have SEMH needs. Their age range is from year 4  to Year 6. The year 4 student is a very capable individual. You will have a HLTA and a Teaching Assistant to support you in this class.

Your working hours will be 8:30 – 16:30 – Monday to Friday. This will include some of the following responsibilities:

Line Management meeting every Wednesday – This is where you will meet with your line manager and Tas that you are responsible for to discuss performance reviews etc

• Meeting with multi-disciplinary therapy team to discuss speech and language therapy and occupational therapy needs of your students.
• You are not expected to work outside of the work hours stated above.
