Robert Half is working with a forward-thinking organisation looking to expand its finance team with a skilled Financial Reporting Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to key financial processes, and play a vital role in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for key stakeholders, including Board presentations and group reporting packs.
• Managing IFRS month-end journals across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting quarterly reviews and annual audits, working closely with internal and external auditors.
• Collaborating with the Compliance team to ensure regulatory filings are accurate and submitted on time.
• Managing intercompany activities, including reconciliations and settlements.
• Operating within a rigorous internal control environment and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and cross-training within the finance team.

• Part or Fully Qualified accountant
• Actively working towards or holding a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. CPA or equivalent) is desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, with exposure to financial reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.F
