Development Manager - Business Applications & Systems

A prestigious higher education institute in the North West are embarking on a digital transformation, expanding their Information Systems function and as a result, are looking to bring on board a Business Applications & Systems focused Development Manager as one of their key hires.

As a Development Manager, you will work as part of a close knit and broad IT function and will play a key part in overseeing the design, implementation, optimisation and overall management of all applications and systems. You will also be required to lead and mentor a small, cross-functional team in order to drive their digital transformation plans and continuous improvements.

Key skills and experience required:

Experience in the management of Business Applications & Systems and staff

*

Previous hands-on experience across a variety of programming languages

(predominantly C#), tools, applications and business systems

*

Experience within digital transformation programs/projects

*

Ability to work on a hybrid model
