We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Manager with a deep passion for early childhood development to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's nursery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and be committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for both children and staff, ensuring a rich and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years or above.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in a leadership role within a nursery or early years education setting.
• Showcase a solid understanding of child development theories, adept curriculum planning skills, and a strong grasp of early years best practices.
• Display exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Understand regulatory requirements and exhibit the capacity to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the overall management of the nursery, including supervising staff, implementing a dynamic curriculum, and ensuring full regulatory compliance at all times.
• Cultivate and maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that fosters the optimal growth and development of children.
• Provide leadership and support for the professional development and training of nursery staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Forge strong, collaborative relationships with families, maintaining open lines of communication to support the well-being and development of the children in our care.
• Efficiently manage the nursery's budget, resources, and administrative duties to guarantee smooth and effective operations.
