Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate pay adjustments and timely payments for all employees
  • Manage payroll operations, including pension and benefit administration, and resolve over payment issues
  • Oversee timesheet processing, ensuring compliance and timely submissions across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, conducting regular data cleanses to ensure data integrity
  • Update and review HR & Payroll KPIs, continually assessing their effectiveness
  • Produce, interpret, and analyse data for regular and ad hoc reports, including survey feedback
  • Identify trends, monitor compliance, and review overall HR performance
  • Complete mandatory reports and surveys, such as Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gaps and government submissions
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and managing absences, ensuring processes are efficient and accurate
