• Broader infrastructure skills around DNS and M365 ideally

Voice Support Engineer (VOIP, SIP ): Huge amounts of training & certification in Microsoft Teams!As a Voice Support Engineer (SIP & VoIP) you will be based from home in the UK working with external customers of up to 10,000 seats+ to support Voice-related solutions including SIP, SBCs and Microsoft Teams / Zoom / Cisco. You will be joining a team of support Engineers as a L3 Support Engineer, and will be acting as a point of escalation for L1 & L2. This will involve dealing with external customers, so excellent communication skills are important to the role.
