About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their bistro, maintaining high standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You will:

* Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations and take responsibility in their absence.

* Maintain professionalism and uphold the highest service standards.

* Work in a fresh food-focused establishment where quality is paramount.

* Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team.

* Mentor, guide, and support all staff members.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

* Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.

About You

✔ First Aid Certified - Preferred but not essential.

* Pay: £26,000 to £30,000
