One of my well established clients based in Dorking is looking for an experienced solicitor to join their Residential Property department. This position is to work a mixed caseload of residential property matters including freehold & leasehold properties and shared ownership. You will be dealing with sales & purchases, remortgages and lease extensions. My client is looking for someone 3+ PQE, someone who can manage their own caseload unsupervised and has proven experience in conveyancing. This role is ideal for someone who is wanting long term career progression and to be a part of a growing company.
