Groundworks Foreman required to oversee various aspects of the groundworks and landscaping to a commercial office building refurbishment with regard to the external works.

This will include fencing, paving, drainage, kerbing and the landscaping (turfing). Various subcontractors have been appointed to complete the external works, the Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the groundwork and liaise with the contractors to ensure a high standard delivery.

This project commennces in January, the Project Manager would like to meet with candidate in November.

Rate negotiable depending on experience - ideally you will need CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS
