Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic property assistant to join their team..
This is a pivotal position within the team, requirng hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to deliver and provide exceptional customer service and creating long lasting relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
- Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
- Deliver outstanding service
- Carry out accompanied viewings
- Have good communicative skills
- Book-in and carry out property inspections and inventories following up with a report
- Answer phone calls and deal with general enquiries
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are met
- Ensure that gas safety certificates and EICR's are kept up to date
- Arrange for EPC's to be carried out
- Liaise with various trades, landlords and tenants to arrange any maintenance issues
Previous experience not essential but the ability to learn and the enthusiasm to embrace all that the property world brings!
What they are looking for?
* Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
* Provide excellent customer service to all client throughout the rental; process
* Co ordinate property listings on various platforms./
* Handle admin tasks related to property lettings
* Clean driving licence and own car
* Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
