Azure Infrastructure Engineer, AKS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC,

A leading provider of entertainment services is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to help shape, support and help Automate full Azure services.

Required Skills:

Lead the design, deployment, and management of Azure-based infrastructure to support live applications, internal tools, and day-to-day team needs.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability across the entire company infrastructure.

Oversee and manage internal IT services, including network infrastructure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless operation and support for internal teams.

Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve system efficiency.

Ensure that all cloud and IT services adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, implementing robust access controls, encryption, and monitoring to safeguard data and systems.

Support the development team with CI/CD pipelines and be ultimately responsible for ensuring they have the infrastructure and environments to build and release the live services.

Skills required:

In-depth knowledge of core Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Cognitive services.

Proficiency in automating infrastructure tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform, to streamline and manage deployments and configurations.

Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools to ensure efficient, reliable, and automated software delivery.

Strong understanding of cloud security best practices

Experience with monitoring tools and practices to ensure system reliability, performance, and quick resolution of incidents.

Solid understanding of networking concepts within Azure, including managing VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and ensuring secure and efficient connectivity between services / environments.

Knowledge of internal IT services management, including Entra ID, Microsoft 365.
