Revenue Assistant

The Revenue Assistant will be a vital part of the finance department, supporting billing, revenue recognition, and client account processes. Responsibilities:

• Revenue Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting revenue across multiple client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Invoicing: Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices, adhering to contract terms and company standards.
• Account Reconciliation: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, address discrepancies, and ensure alignment with client agreements.
• Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for billing queries, working closely with account managers and clients to resolve issues.
• Financial Records: Maintain and update financial systems with current client agreements, billing status, and revenue projections.
• Process Enhancement: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key Attributes:

• 1-2 years in a similar finance role; experience in an agency setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial software - PAPRIKA (ideal)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams.
