Salary: £39,000 - £48,000 + Van & Fuel Card

There is two rates available, basic £39,000 OR you can go on perm SOR's, average earnings £45,000 +

This role is within the housing maintenance sector covering Social Housing properties. This is a permanent position, therefore you will be provided with a van and fuel card.

* EICRs & Remedial Works

* Upgrades

* Installation works

Requirements:

* 18th edition

* 2391

* NVQ L3

* Social housing/Maintenance experience

* UK Driving license
