Pay Rate: £162.32 to £223.62 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Permanent or Temp to Perm (dependent on preference)

Job Description: Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a school in Portsmouth. You will be part of an experienced team in a supportive environment where children are respected, listened to, and involved in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Teach the UK curriculum with a focus on Key Stage 3 & 4.
Provide bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks tailored to each child.
Follow a flexible structure to support children and young people.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in the UK.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application.
