About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Warehouse Team as a Customer Service Warehouse Team Leader, who will direct, lead, and motivate the Spare and Customer Service Warehouse department.

An essential part of this will be to manage people, processes, and systems to ensure online orders are despatched on time and in full. This role also ensure Triton engineers are receiving their repair parts and installation orders on time in full.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the Health & Safety of employees who are assigned to the team. Ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are always understood and practiced by the team.

* Manage Warehouse, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance in line with the quality systems.

* Ensure an efficient Warehouse Customer Service operation which can fulfil operational and customer demands.

Key skills & Qualities:

* Demonstrable experience of managing a small team in a warehouse environment

* Actively involved in team communication and engagement.

* Manage team skills matrix to ensure the training and development of the team.

* Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems

* Analytical and numerical

* Comfortable with change and involvement in continuous improvement projects

* Excellent attention to detail skills

* Self-aware, optimistic, dependable

* Resilient, influential with a can do/will do attitude

* Report KPI's and department figures daily

* Possess the ability to prioritise workloads

* Manage your team to maximise productivity, deployment of the team to maintain efficiency.

* Keep Warehouse Manager informed regarding sickness, holidays and absence so that this can be managed in real time.

The working week will be 37.5 hours based on 8.00 am - 16.45 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am - 12.30 pm on Fridays.
