Are you an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager looking to make a move? We are ultimately looking for a Lettings Manager to join an established independent Estate agency in Brentford and are open to candidates who have previous experience at this level, or who are ready for that that next step. Joining an established business that covers both sales and lettings you will benefit from joining a business with an impressive portfolio of managed properties and a very strong presence in Lettings in their area as well as benefitting from joining a team that possess a wealth of property knowledge and experience.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate with a mandate to pursue new business and grow the team. As part of as small team, working alongside one other in Lettings you will have the space to shine and enjoy responsibility. Rewarded with a generous sliding scale commission structure and a strong base salary and car allowance you will be tasked with growing the division and growing the team.

This is a role where you can have a big impact, build strong relationships both internally and externally and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively develop new business/ establish marketing strategy

- Maximise business by actioning website / Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries

- Provide in branch training and coaching as required and manage team

- Deal with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration

- Completion of all appropriate administrative tasks to support sales

- Drive lead generation

- Keep abreast of industry and legal updates and ensure branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies

Key Skills:

-Previous experience in Lettings/estate agency experience

-Excellent communication and relationship building skills

-A highly motivated attitude and strong desire to succeed

-Driver with own vehicle.

Base salary up to £35k + commission depending on experience - OTE £55K
